I have too many pictures. I liked it better when I didn’t have a camera. It used to be that taking a photograph was a marker of a moment’s specialness—its posterity. Now I have a bunch of senseless jpegs of my roommate’s boxers in the freezer, or dinosaur spikes on the back of a stuffed pig.
